She leads the way in shaping our world-class coaching programs and plays a pivotal role in crafting personalised athlete development plans across all our locations.
HP & Talent Director - Katie
Katie, an international-level athlete and coach, is a key leader in High-Performance gymnastics in Australia. She works across all Le Ray Gymnastics clubs, elevating athlete performance at every level.

Judging Director - Magda
Magda works across all clubs to help athletes achieve their best competition scores, regardless of their competitive level. With extensive experience judging international events, she holds the prestigious International Brevet accreditation—the highest honor in global gymnastics judging.
